IIT Palakkad signed an Memorandum of Understanding with Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (KAHE), Coimbatore on 29 November 2024, marking a significant step towards fostering academic and research collaboration. The agreement focuses on joint research initiatives, joint PhD supervision, student faculty exchange programs, technology transfer and incubation support. The MoU was formally signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean ICSR and Prof. Anand T.N.C, Dean Academics, in the presence of the Director, Professor A. Seshadri Sekhar. Dr. Kesavan D., Associate Professor from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, will serve as the faculty champion, overseeing and driving the initiatives under this collaboration.
