Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad signed a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) with BEML Limited on 29 December 2025 to facilitate the exchange of confidential and proprietary information between the two institutions.

The agreement aims to enable discussions for potential collaborative projects and to align academic expertise with industry requirements. The NDA was signed by Dr. Arvind Ajoy, Dean (ICSR), IIT Palakkad, and Mr. Suthakar S, Head – R&D (HMV), BEML Limited.

IIT Palakkad has signed a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Limited on 15th September 2025, to disclose to the other Party, Confidential and/or Proprietary Information for the purpose of exploring research opportunities. This NDA was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean (ICSR), IIT Palakkad and Mr.T. Ravishankar, GM & Head, Aerospace Systems, L&T. 

IIT Palakkad has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with QS Metrology Private Limited on 30th October 2025, to disclose to the other Party, Confidential and/or Proprietary Information for the purpose of exploring research opportunities. The NDA was signed by Dr.Arvind Ajoy, Dean- Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, IIT Palakkad, and Mr.Jose Varghese from QS Metrology Private Limited. 

IIT Palakkad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI) on 7th October 2025, to foster collaboration in research activities, and to facilitate student and faculty training programs.The MoU signing ceremony took place in the presence of Prof. A. Seshadri Sekhar, Director, IIT Palakkad; Dr Suresh M, Director incharge, FCRI; Dr. Dinesh Setti, Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering; Dr. Arvind Ajoy, Dean, ICSR; Dr. Vivek Chaturvedi, Associate Dean, ICSR; and Dr. Pramod Kuntikana, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, will serve as the faculty coordinator for this collaboration.

IIT Palakkad has signed a Confidentiality agreement with Michelin India on 4th August 2025. This agreement aims for each Party to disclose to the other Party, Confidential and/or Proprietary Information, for the purpose of exploring research opportunities. This agreement was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean (Industry Collaboration & Sponsored Research), IIT Palakkad, and Amit Bindumadhav Pingle, Michelin India Private Limited.
