Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Quest Innovative Solutions on 27 November 2025 to promote collaboration in research and technology transfer across disciplines of mutual interest.

The MoU aims to facilitate joint research initiatives and knowledge exchange between faculty and staff of both institutions, fostering innovation and industry–academia collaboration. The agreement was signed by Dr. Arvind Ajoy, Dean (ICSR), IIT Palakkad, and Mr. Bijesh M. G., Director, Quest Innovative Solutions.

IIT Palakkad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Breezeware India Private Limited on 15th December 2025, to foster collaborative research activities. The MoU was signed by Dr.Arvind Ajoy, Dean, Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, representing IIT Palakkad, and Mr.Sivaram A Muthuswami, Managing Director, Breezeware India Private Limited. 

IIT Palakkad has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Analog Devices Inc. on 25th September 2025, to disclose to the other Party, Confidential and/or Proprietary Information for the purpose of exploring research opportunities. The NDA was signed by Dr.Arvind Ajoy, Dean- Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, IIT Palakkad, and Mr.Biswajit Mohanty, Head - ADI-University Collaborations.
