An MoU is signed by IIT Palakkad with the Agri Innovation Hub of PJITSAU (Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University), Hyderabad on 20 April 2024. The objective of the MoU is to engage in collaborative activities related innovation and entrepreneurship in Food and Agriculture, collaborate for various services including Intellectual property, business validation and commercialization of technology, support to start-ups in providing Ecosystem linkages, networking, and connect with fund raising and showcasing technologies at various forums and Facilitate incubates from both entities in utilizing facilities from both agencies and their partner organizations for product development. The MoU is signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean- Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, IIT Palakkad and Dr. R Kalapana Sastry, Managing Director, Agri Innovation Hub.

IIT Palakkad signed an NDA with Suracsh Filters Pvt. Ltd., Cochin on 24 May 2024 to share information about the nature of products, manufacturing trade secrets, exchange of samples etc. from both sides. The NDA was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean- Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, IIT Palakkad and Shri. Hans M. H., Chief Operating Officer, Suracsh Filters Pvt. Ltd..

An MoU is signed by IIT Palakkad with the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment- National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (KSCSTE- NATPAC) on 29 May 2024. The objective of the MoU is the strengthening and growth of mutually beneficial research, educational and outreach programmes to be conducted cooperatively by IIT Palakkad and KSCSTE- NATPAC. The MoU is signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean- Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research, IIT Palakkad and Dr. Samson Mathew, Director, KSCSTE- NATPAC, Thiruvanathapuram.

IIT Palakkad signed an MoU with Ahalia International Foundation, Palakkad on 17 May 2024 to establish a framework for the cooperation of the parties in research and developmental activities related to the fields of biomedical engineering or any other technology research area of common interest that may arise in future. The parties also desire to conduct collaborative R&D projects in the fields precision agriculture application or any other technology research area of common interest that may arise in future. The MoU was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean - Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research (ICSR), IIT Palakkad and Shri. Ajith Prasad, Trustee, Ahalia International Foundation.

An MoU is signed by IIT Palakkad with Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala on 25 April 2024 for carrying out a consultancy project titled "Consultancy of Undertaking Serviceability Check and Technical Inspection of Shrouds and Ratlines at Quarter Deck of Parade Ground at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala". The project aims to conduct Non- Destructive Evaluation of flag mast pole at INA, evaluate its stability and provide recommendations to INA. The MoU was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean - Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research (ICSR) and Col. Monica Mishra, Commander Works Engineers, Ezhimala.

An MoU is signed by IIT Palakkad with PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSGiTech), Coimbatore on 06 March 2024 to foster collaboration, provide opportunity for academic experience, and to facilitate advancement of knowledge on the basis of reciprocity, best effort, mutual benefit, and frequent interactions. The parties aims to collaborate through Joint sponsored research, development and consulting, Exchange of faculty, scientist and staff, Exchange of scientific and technical material and Conducting joint conferences, workshops, short term courses etc. The MoU was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean - Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research (ICSR) and Dr. N. Saravanakumar, Principal, PSGiTech.

An MoU is signed by IIT Palakkad with T. M. Automotive Seating Systems Private Limited on 01 January 2024 for collaborating in the outreach activities of the institute. As per the MoU, T. M. Automotive Seating Systems Private Limited will be providing financial support for the community outreach programmes in Maths and Science conducted by IIT Palakkad. The MoU was signed by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean - Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research (ICSR) and Mr. Amit Dey, BU Head, T. M. Automotive Seating Systems Private Limited.

An MoU was signed by IIT Palakkad with IIT Guwahati Technology Innovation and Development Foundation (IITG TIDF) for the execution of the project titled "Manpack Bridges" under the expertise of Dr. Nelson Muthu, Associate Profesor, Mechanical Engineering. The MoU was signed on 30 January 2024 by Prof. Santhakumar Mohan, Dean - Industry Collaboration and Sponsored Research (ICSR), IIT Palakkad and Prof. G. Krishnamoorthy, Vice- Chairperson, Board of Directors, IITG TIDF.

A mutual Non- Disclosure Agreement is signed by IIT Palakkad with Naadisens Med Tech LLP in connection to the execution of a consultancy project titled "Design and Development of Wireless Power Transfer Unit for Blood Pressure Monitoring with Electromagnetic Signal - A Prototype" on 03 January 2024. The project is being executed by Dr. Sukomal Dey, Associate Professor, Electrical Engineering and funded by Naadisens Med Tech LLP for a period of 6 months starting from 08 January 2024.
